Some Toshiba laptops come pre-installed with a DTS Sound or DTS Studio Sound utility. This utility allows you to configure and tune the DTS Sound capabilities of your laptop.
NOTE: This FAQ is only applicable to Toshiba computers that come pre-installed with the DTS Sound or DTS Studio Sound utility

DTS Sound
After launching the DTS Sound Utility you will see the main program screen which gives you the ability to:
- Turn DTS Sound on and off (colored = active, grey = disabled)
- Select Advanced settings
- Select either external outputs to configure
- Turn features (Surround, Volume Max an dBass Boost) on/off (colored = active, grey = disabled)
